The elegant River Club is located 18km upstream from Victoria Falls in Zambia, overlooking the Zambezi River and Zambezi National Park, in Zambia. Surrounded by lush, manicured gardens, rich in bird life, the property is a haven of peace and tranquillity. 11 suites enjoy scenic views extending over water, pods of hippo and into the Zambezi National Park. A variety of room configurations include 7 river suites and 2 luxury suites with private decks and plunge pools – one luxury suite can accommodate an additional 2 children sharing with adults. The five-sleeper family suite has 2 en-suite rooms, a private deck and a plunge pool. Finally, the double-storey Princess Mary suite is a six-sleeper unit with 2 en-suite rooms and a secluded garden with a pool and viewing deck overlooking the river. Rich in history and ambiance, the main building boasts an old-style green roof and houses the dining room, well-stocked library and drawing room. Central spaces open out to a wide verandah.
